MEMBERPLANET
The PES has been working with a vendor called "MEMBERPLANET" to create a new system to replace our previous participation management system. The new "Committee Management System" (“CMS”) will serve as a centralized location to maintain all committee rosters for all PES Technical Committees. It will also allow leaders of each subcommittee, working group, task force, etc. to send "Listserv" type messages to members & guests. The new system should also facilitate event registration, surveys, compilation of data, printing of meeting check-in rosters, printing of name badges, etc.
ACTION: TO BE INCLUDED IN FUTURE PSRC MAILINGS AND EVENTS, YOU NEED TO CREATE A PROFILE IN THE CMS.
IMPORTANT: Create only one (1) profile in the system. Regardless of how many PES committees you are associated with, you will have only ONE PROFILE in CMS. This is a relational database, so all associations within individual Technical Committees; i.e., Transformers Committee, Substations Committee, Switchgear Committee, AND INCLUDING THE PSRC, etc., will refer / point to that ONE profile. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY CREATED A CMS PROFILE because you participate in other PES TC, DO NOT CREATE ANOTHER PROFILE.
If you need to create a profile, click the link below to enter the CMS, create your new profile, and populate your contact information in that profile. This should not take more than 5 minutes!
Note that use of the CMS is mandatory among PES Technical Committees. If you do not create a profile in the CMS, you will not be able to use the system or its associated tools. A profile in the system is also necessary to participate in PES Technical Committee activities.
